There are more than these listed on their site, you just have to go sign up. (Usually not very much, but sometimes there's decent cash to be made if you're not busy and you qualify. When I was out of work, I used to schedule about four of those $20 appointments back to back and just go and say I had whatever would qualify me for the study so I could make some food money.)

We have several NEW paid on-campus studies members.
** Women's Health: Estrogen and the Brain
Your participation will help us to understand how estrogen affects the
level of dopamine in the brain. We seek women with extremely consistent
menstrual cycles to participate in eight imaging scans over two days.
** Visual Pacing
Learn thee or five letters with the aid of a visual pacing circle that
indicates when to rehearse each letter so you can remember.
** Gene Database
Spit into a cup, get genotyped, and get paid for it! We are building a
large gene database and invite you to join. After joining the database a
subset of individuals will be invited to participate in a brain imaging
experiment.
** Emotion and Video Games
In this three part study, have your physiological responses measured
during two laboratory visits. In between lab visits you will play computer
games daily for half an hour for 30 days.
** Iterated Learning
Learn a new color naming system and/or relationships between objects then
report what you learned.
