* vitamin A (the anti-infection vitamin)
* vitamin C (should be taken with bioflavonoids to increase absorption)
* vitamin E
* zinc (take less than 100 milligrams/day, otherwise you can actually depress immune system function)
* fresh fruits and veggies (raw, preferably) plus nuts, grains, seeds, other high fiber foods
* chlorella, garlic, pearl barley (contain germanium)
* kelp (red or brown)
of course, moderate exercise and sufficient sleep are also super important. if you like, i can lend you my copy of the book and you can check out other immune system related sections (like hypothyroid). i'll be working at your place tomorrow....
